US schema

Please confirm we are to be using the individual doc typ xsd such as res.xsd and bill.xsd instead of the new USLM-1.0.xsd.

  Dear kdonate,

  The challenge asks that participants to map the documents below from US bill XML to Akoma Ntoso XML schema. These documents are valid against the bill.dtd, res.dtd, and amend.dtd that can be found at http://xml.house.gov. The equivalent schemas are available on the site as well. The USLM schema is being used for the U.S. Code at this time and should not be used in this challenge.

  The most recent release of the Akoma Ntoso schema is at: http://akomantoso.googlecode.com/svn/release/trunk/schema/akomantoso30.xsd. Documentation is available at: http://www.akomantoso.org/.
